These articles are designed to give helpful background information to you people who are preparing for the Learner Hunters and Guides exams.

I have loads of topics that I think would be interesting and useful to you and I will continue to write in rough rotation about an animal, a place, an environmental/ biodiversity issue and a topic relevant to the Law Paper. (I will not really look at birds or plants because those are taken care of by our other contributors.) By this means you will be obtaining background relevant to three of the papers – Habits and Habitats, General Paper and Law. And I am close to being able to offer you an expert to write regular articles about Firearms.

But you are the ones who will know what you really need. Please use the contact page to email me if there is a subject that you are finding difficult or confusing and where you would appreciate some helpful discussion. (If you are having trouble in this area there is a very good chance that a number of other people are also struggling here and everyone would be very grateful to you for highlighting the topic.) If I feel that it is necessary I will get a specialist to write us an article on the specific topic.
